Be sure of your future!

These courses are primarily meant to get started in your spare time. But also those who want to get into children's entertainment seriously afterwards, are welcome at our school! With the skills you learn with us, you can write compelling children's stories or organize fantastic children's parties. More and more parents are taking charge of the organization in order to give their child an unforgettable birthday.

Seven years ago I founded an events agency that specializes in adventure activities for adults. Since last year we also organize children's parties, because that question kept coming back. I work together with an ex-student of this school. I take care of the adventure, she takes care of the framework with mocktails, ice creams, delicious snacks and more. She also has a degree as a make-up artist, so she can turn the kids into real adventurers. She really knows her way around and often comes up with new initiatives. We get one positive review after another! - Employer speaks

Trends

Parents want to organize the perfect party for their kids, completely tailored to their child. A pancake party or an outing to the playground is no longer enough. A birthday party with a craft or cooking workshop for creative kids, a party with an adventure trail for the daredevils, or an afternoon of reading aloud with a costume party for the bookworm. More and more money is spent on children's parties, which brings memorable results. Parents want to outdo each other and their children benefit from this!

Children's Entertainment, 100% of the time

Children's parties are becoming increasingly innovative and technical gadgets are finding their way into the living room. VR goggles to play a game, video calls to see sick friends, or searches with a GPS system. Original ideas grow like mushrooms.

I followed the home study for balloon folds actually just out of curiosity as well as to surprise my own children. There are really nice little figures. After finishing the course, my best friend asked me to do an act at his daughter's birthday party. That’s how the ball started rolling. Meanwhile, I do about 4 to 5 acts per week. I've been able to turn my passion into my profession! - Ex-student speaking

There are many children's friends among our students, we notice this in the number of registrations for these courses. There is a growing demand for experienced animators. Also young people who lead a youth movement have found their way to our school. They bring variation in their activities.

Nice to know

  • Birthdays have been celebrated for more than 2000 years. The ancient Romans organized exuberant parties and surprised each other with presents. The oldest use of the word 'birthday party' dates back to the 19th century.
  • On average, children invite 11 to 12 friends to their birthday parties. The average decreases every year as parties become more expensive and exclusive.
  • August and September are the months in which most children are born. So it is also in that period that the most birthday parties are organized.
